How to delete your account

  1. 1In the app or at sargeup.com, sign in, go to Profile > Danger Zone > Delete My Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account right away.
  2. 2Can’t sign in? Email support@sargeup.com from your account email with subject “Delete my account” or use , and we delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • •Your account (name, email, user ID)
  • •Quiz answers and results
  • •Scores
  • •Flashcard progress
  • •Study plan
  • •Test date and reminder settings

What we keep

Nothing tied to you, except support emails you sent may remain in our inbox up to 90 days, and records we’re legally required to keep.
